Nancy oversees all group operations and serves as Partnership Lead for Women in AI Kenya and is a member of the Kenya Country Council for the World Agriculture Forum (WAF Kenya).

Our Story

Built for Africa, by Africa

Founded in 2020 at Egerton University, Nakuru, Sincy Group Holdings is a Kenyan-domiciled agricultural conglomerate with a research division, solutions division, logistics division and distribution division. Each subsidiary operates independently but all are connected by the BEACON Blockchain Traceability System, a proprietary technology developed by Sincy Group Holdings.

We operate across 20 Kenyan counties with 197 staff (80% youth, 59% women, 5% PWDs). We have reached 550,000+ farmers in Kenya since 2020 and 1,200+ farmers in Senegal since June 2026.
